The Embassy of the Republic of South Africa invites qualified and experienced service providers/companies to provide technical and financial proposals for the repairs and maintenance of the roof of the chancery, painting and repairs of exterior and interior walls, including repairs of water leakages on the chancery and recreational building.
The Embassy of the Republic of South Africa wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary property management service provider to operate, maintain and manage the state-owned chancery and residential property located at House 731, South Africa Street, Sub City Nefas Silk Lafto, Kebele 03, Addis Ababa.
Interested parties are invited to collect the terms of references from the Embassy of the Republic of South Africa and submit their technical and financial proposal according to the requirements. The closing date for the submission of the proposals will be the 17 March 2023.
